During the last few play rehearsals Mr. Turpin from LHS came over to do the fight choreography for our battle scenes in, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.  It was so much fun!  We definitely think we will have some pretty cool battle scenes for our play performances in April!  Below are some pictures of the actors working on their stage combat.  Enjoy!

The HMS competitive theater team had a very successful weekend for their final tournament at Independence Middle School.  The team received the 3rd place small school sweepstakes award!!  Great job guys!

Congratulations to all students who were cast in this year's spring play, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe!!  We had lots of talented students audition and the casting was very competitive!  If you auditioned and did not receive a role, please do not give up!  Keep trying!

Crew forms are also now available on the theatre call board!  The application is due to Mrs. Wheeler on Thursday, February 26.  The crew list will be posted on the theatre call board Friday, February 27.  There will be a mandatory meeting for all crew members on Monday, March 2 in Mrs. Wheeler's room from 3:00-3:30.
