Week of May 18-22 LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL!
There won't be any new assignments this week. This will be a makeup week for any work you fell behind on and need to complete. Please make sure all work is submitted by Wednesday, May 20.
I really enjoyed being your teacher this semester and I will remember all the great memories we made in class together before spring break. I am so proud of all the excellent work you completed virtually for the past few months! I hope you enjoy your summer and that I get to see you next year!!
Assignment for Week of May 11-14
For your speech this week, I want you write a Year End Wrap Up. You should format your speech the same way most of our speeches have been formatted. It should include an introduction, body paragraphs and a conclusion. For your year end wrap up, there are no required elements other than to write a speech in which you reflect on your 6th grade year at Heritage. You could include things such as favorite moments/memories, embarrassing/funny stories, great things you learned, favorite activities, challenging moments, etc. This is very open ended so have fun with it!
Please write your Year End Wrap Up speech on a Google doc and share it with me when you are done. You should share it by Thursday May 14.
